We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in the very center of the town. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings and taking day trips to nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The service was top-notch and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The facilities at this place were impressive, especially the new swimming pool and spa area. We loved relaxing in the pool while enjoying the complementary beverages, fruit, and yogurt. It was a great touch that enhanced our comfort and made us feel pampered.

Even the W. A. Mozart airport was not so far. We recommend once again. The hoteln was situated next to some of tourist sites and within 5 minutes on foot from Pfarrkirche Bad Aussee...

Absolutely loved my new year stay at this hotel! The spa and pool facilities were top-notch, with an amazing view of the surrounding mountains. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home in this picturesque location. One of the best things about this place was the delicious food - each meal was a culinary journey in itself! And with the ski slopes just a short drive away, it was the perfect location for a winter holiday.

While the hotel's location was great for skiing and exploring the surrounding area, we did find the prices to be a bit steep. the towels in our room were a bit worn, which detracted from the otherwise luxurious atmosphere.

Outstandingly friendly staff, good breakfast, nice room, convenient parking, overall feeling of comfort and being cared for.

Probably a short term inconvenience, the smell of the new stone pine furniture was a bit strong, had to leave the window open not to be overwhelmed by it.

Very friendly and efficient check in with no fuss. Excellent room with all necessary amenities plus a little bit extra something. Restaurant is first class with hepful and efficient service and the food is top quality.

Not really a complaint but it is not well signposted and easy to miss in the dark.

During my Xmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the tasty food they served, and the beautiful view of the mountains from my room was stunning. The location was perfect, close enough to the town center but still quiet enough for a relaxing stay. I loved the complimentary snacks, which were both filling and delicious.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard, and I found the spa facilities to be quite underwhelming. the staff could have been friendlier and more accommodating to our needs.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk and restaurant. The location was perfect - right in the center of the town, with easy access to transportation. We liked sitting in the outside eating area and enjoying the beautiful views. The hotel facilities were great, including a nice pool and a playroom for children. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options, and we loved trying the recommended Austrian wines in the evenings.

Located in the very center of this beautiful town, our room at this hotel had a stunning view of the mountains. The room was clean and well-maintained, but the hairdryer was weak. The breakfast buffet had a good spread of food and drinks, including energizing water. The in-house spa and wellness facilities are modern, spacious, and comfortable, with a rooftop hot tub.

The restaurant for dinner was expensive.
